Our service is led by qualified nurses with extensive experience across both the NHS and the private healthcare sector. Combining clinical expertise with a compassionate approach, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional, person-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs.
OUR CARE STAFF
All Jireh Care Services care workers have at least six months experience in the care industry. This ensures that all shifts are covered by competent and reliable hands.
OUR AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
It is our aim to ensure that the highest standard of care is delivered to our clients. Our staff have been trained to encourage and maximise client independence as much as reasonably possible.
We aim to provide consistency and continuity of experienced and well behaved staff.
Our objective is not only to fulfil all requirements of care to a high standard but to administer it in ways that are fashioned to your needs. We achieve this by assessing each client’s care requirements as determined by the client, their relatives or Social Services. Jireh Care Services will work hand in hand with other healthcare professionals such as the District Nurses, Pharmacists, Doctors and their surgeries in order to execute high-standard care. Where necessary, all professionals including care staff will be regularly notified of any changes to a client’s Care Plan and care requirements.
